Noemie Monic
Noemie began her career as a young model before transitioning behind the scenes as a booker, where she honed her skills in talent scouting and career development. Over the years, she advanced to director roles, managing teams and building strong relationships within the fashion and entertainment industries. Holding a marketing diploma from HEC Montréal, she combines her business acumen with her deep understanding of talent representation to create impactful brand partnerships and strategic career opportunities as an experienced influencer manager.
Talent Agent / Co-Founder
Julie Bernadat
Julie began her career in the luxury and fashion industry, where she refined her sense of customer service and built strong relationships within the sector. After 10+ years she transitioned to a modeling agency where she met her now partner-in-crime Noemie, gaining hands-on experience in talent management and developing a sharp eye for recognizing high-potential talents. In recent years,
she has expanded her focus to the world of influencers, leveraging her deep industry knowledge and negotiation skills to secure meaningful partnerships, ensuring both talent and brands achieve successful collaborations.
How it began
"At the end of 2024, we made a choice that changed everything.
We walked away from a company that no longer aligned with our values — choosing the unknown over compromise, with the belief that there’s a better way.
Partners since 2017, we’ve worked together across modeling and influencer management. We’ve seen the industry from the inside: its highs, its flaws, and how often talent isn’t truly centered.
That’s why we created Nova June — a boutique agency built on trust, clarity, and collaboration."
